One minor accident that's been properly repaired with documentation is ok. No Salvage titles or projects. Looking for a clean titled car that's in remarkably nice condition please.
I'd prefer an S version however i'd consider a base model. I'm not after a Turbo or GT version or car that's been equipped with a full aero kit. Not a fan of rear wings.
I'm not after a cabriolet. I'm looking for a coupe with a manual transmission however i'll consider a PDK equipped car if everything else about the car is right. I'll consider a Targa.
Any exterior color besides Guards red. A black exterior isn't a top choice although i'd consider a black car if everything else was right. Black interiors on the other hand are a top choice as are brown, blue, deviated colors, etc. Any interior color except Champagne (beige or light tan) considered.
Full leather is of course fantastic as are options like adaptive sport seats, ventilated seats, Sports-Chrono, PSE, FabSpeed, or other authorized exhaust upgrade are fantastic. Other factory options same thing, nearly all great and add value.
I have cash ready to wire once i locate the right car. Budget will vary depending on the particular car, i'm hoping to find a well loved 997.2 from an enthusiast at a fair market price. The more you can tell and show me about the car the better.
Thanks!

I have a 2012 911 GTS Manual w 49,xxx miles. It's had 5 owners but all lovingly. Pm if interested, it's not listed, just thinking about it. Would want around 69k for it. Needs nothing!
Full disclosure, picture is from July 2018 when I bought it.

I got $54k for my super clean manual 4S with 55,000 miles. I wouldn't pay $70k for one though. That is just nuts
Sold my 12k mile C2S manual (09) for $59k before that. Took 3 months to get a buyer. A 4S might be worth a little more, but if he truly wants high 60's, he might have to wait until inflation makes that $61-62k go to $69k. Gonna be awhile. .

do you follow BaT and PCAR market? if not, you should start. they get some beautiful 997 6MT examples and sometimes you can get a steal. most are reserve auctions, though, which is a downer. good luck with your search. next to my 991.2 manual GT3, my 997 manual cars are my favorite and i won't ever sell them.

They’re out there but not many due to the 08 financial meltdown. I have an unmolested 19k ‘09 manual with full leather and adaptive seats. Not selling any time soon. I suspect most owners feel the same way. And to remember that when I was looking, I wanted a pdk. Jeeze. Reminds me of buyers in ‘99 who took the new 996 over a 993 when walking the sales floor. Ouch!

The nicely kept ones - well get kept. The 997.2 is a classic already. I have a 2012, one of the last 997.2's. I have under 2k miles on it, 6 speed manual. I can't really find another one like it if I sell it so am keeping it. It is probably easier to find a GTS. I prefer the narrow body myself.
