1979 Porsche 911 SC Coupe-Rare-Chocolate Brown on Tan Leather interior. Original 3.0 liter engine with the 915 gearbox and 5 speed transmssion. 165K miles-drives like it has 50K! All proper updates including clutch, chain tensioners, pop off valves, airbox, euro ride height, etc.
No evidence of accidents, the repainted exterior looks fantastic! Factory front and rear spoilers, fog lights, power windows, mirrors, sunroof, cruise control, factory AC blows cold! Updated Blaupunkt AM-FM CD with I pod adapter. 16 inch Fuchs in excellent shape! Newer tires (Toyo Proxes) and brakes, Original owners manual, spare, tool kit, plus extensive service history going back 27 years with oil changes, major services, valve adjustments, and a rebuilt transmission at 128K. Although there’s no invoice for a rebuilt motor this 911 runs to well not to have been opened up at some point. Original interior is still quite nice, carpets, seats, headliner, door panels, etc. are all in very nice original condition as can be seen in photos. The dash has 2 cracks but included is a new black dash cover. The shifter and couplings have been updated, the shift **** and boot are not original, but quite nice. Aluminum pedals were also added. The 915 shifts smooth-no synchro problems. Clutch functions as it should-no issues. Motor pulls strong all the way to redline without smoke-holds oil pressure perfectly. Everything works down to the clock and light in the trunk! Clean title in hand. Own a Classic Porsche 911 for only $14K-priced for quick sale, I need the garage space, 993 on the way!

Car is SOLD!

Thanks, it's a really nice color I agree, one of the reasons I bought this car!

I am drastically reducing the price because I need this car gone to make room for a 993 and I literally do not have the garage space for both.

So for only $14K someone is going to get a really nicely kept classic Porsche 911SC

Andy, good luck on your search.

This listing caught my eye. An SC listed for 14k. As I was reaching for my checkbook, I noticed the 2012 date.
