My Cayenne is too nice to trade, anybody interested? Full description and maintenance history available, too much to list here...All maintenance completed, brand new premium all-season tires installed. Titanium Gray exterior / Standard Interior in Black. Made a difficult decision to sell our 2005 Cayenne S with 112,xxx miles. I am driving it at least 3 days a week so mileage will increase somewhat. We decided to sell because it is primarily used for my daily work commute and rarely is anyone besides myself in the vehicle. Most likely switching to a Cayman S. The CarFax report does not show any accidents. I have a lengthy, nearly complete service history going back to 2005. The drive shaft and coolant pipes were replaced shortly before I purchased the truck 7/2013. I have most of the service records including a combination of service stamps in the owner booklet, CarFax service history, and receipts for work done under my ownership.

This Cayenne S is relatively low-optioned which may appeal to those who are looking to tow their track car and/or do their own service and repairs. No TPMS. Options include: Tow Pkg including trailer hitch *****, Porsche Entry/Drive, Xenon headlights with cornering lamps, power seats with lumbar and memory, heated front and rear seats, heated steering wheel, PCM with Nav, 6-disc CD changer and Bose audio.

I purchased 2.5 years ago with 83k miles. Since then all minor and major maintenance was done, including fresh fluids in the Differentials, Transfer Case and Tiptronic Transmission which are all due at 120k - this was an expensive service that racked up $500.00 in fluid cost alone. Truck has a few tasteful upgrades, LED interior/puddle lighting, clear Euro side marker lights, 5000k Xenons. Vehicle is in excellent condition inside and out. There are typical rock chips on the front bumper and a handful (4?) small dings that are not noticeable except under close scrutiny. The windshield has lots of tiny nicks from highway driving and a scratch near center, but no cracks. The standard leather seats are clean and soft, no splits or cracks. I condition the leather with Griot’s Leather Care Spray and Leather Rejuvenator.

Vehicle can be seen in RTP M-F, near the intersection of Davis Drive and Hopson Road. I can arrange to show/test drive the truck between 10am-5pm M-F. Sat/Sun showings will be near our home just south of Chapel Hill.

More details:

A new set of OE floor mats was purchased about a year ago. Only thing is they do not fasten to the floor because Porsche changed the fastener shape from oval to round in 2006. Still have the original mats as well.

“Warm white” LED interior lighting installed in the foot wells, glove box and reading lamps, as well as the license plate and exterior puddle lamps.

A hand-painted matte black/satin nickel Porsche hood crest is installed on the hood. I do have the original hood crest as well.

Clear Euro style front side marker lights w/ amber bulbs.

Upgraded 5000K Xenon headlamps (Sylvania SilverStar).

The front bumper was resprayed on driver’s side in late 2014 due to minor rock chips and scratches.

A few extra parts will go along with the car, including a pair of “pigtail” wiring harnesses for the headlamps that I have not yet installed. Purchased them because they were on sale: Existing harness wire sheathes are cracked but not causing any issues. Also have the original Porsche hood crest.

Here is a rundown of maintenance history under my ownership. Most service was done at a specialist shop, Digital Chassis in Durham, NC, with a couple of visits to Leith Porsche as well:

Replaced HVAC blower fan/motor and resistor
Cowl drains cleaned and permanently fixed to prevent future clogging (Leith Porsche)

2015:
