they said it was non-refundable but i think if I pushed and argued I could get it refunded that said I do believe a deal is a deal and when I ordered the car they said it was non-refundable and I should live up to that. so I'm trying to find a replacement buyer.

that said I may also just take delivery, all the reviews have been pretty spectacular but I just bought a 991.2 C2S and I don't know that I want 2 3.0 turbocharged cars.

Just read an article about dealers in Cali doing "market adjustments" on these and almost doubling the MSRP. You could probably take delivery and flip for a profit.

In CA, they are selling at MSRP at some dealers, but generally at $5K to $10K over MSRP in the bigger markets (Norcal and Socal). But once you factor in paying sales tax and then flipping it, there's not much to be made for the effort of finding someone willing to pay you that much instead of a dealer.

OP, I like your belief in karma

in western pa they are selling for under sticker; friend at work recently purchased one for 3% below sticker (but he has purchased other cars from this dealer in the past, I'm sure that helped).

the hype is dying out, I had no problem getting an allocation close to invoice , not sure if I'LL pull the trigger or not, was thinking of doing european delivery with my son, but between my work and his college , timing might be difficult

the problem here in southern CT hasnt been the dealer markup, its the wait. Every dealer I called has already sold their allocations and has at least 6-10 others in line. That's what makes this particular deal super attractive, at least for me.
