I can't vouch for the car, but I certainly can for the seller. I live in a tight-knit community of car enthusiasts and Rick's reputation is impeccable. This is a car worth pursuing because it's highly desirable, the person selling is straight-up, and the price is right!

Thanks guys for the kind words. It has woke up interest on the car.
Several have asked about ownership history. I don't have the records in front of me so I don't have exact mileage when the car changed hands. It has had 3 registered owners before me. The first 2 owned it 95% of the time. The 3rd owner only a short time. He was not a 911 guy and didn't understand that a 911 with over 100K on it is going to need a valve job and reseal. So he offered it for sale and a 30 year customer of mine found it and brought it to me for a PPI. The car checked out super except for a sticky brake caliper and the fact it needed a valve job. When I quoted $6500+ for the valve job, and then the caliper, my customer ran. When I saw all original paint, and the fact it had factory LSD, I got weak and had to have the car for a winter project. (like I need a hole in the head).
I took the car completly apart the the car could be polished to the highest . Then I did a complete engine job so everything could be resealed. I installed all new rotors and pads, and replaced the sticky caliper. Also, 2 new tires. The car spent most of it's life in Virgina and has not seen any snow.
