Is this to be the new gathering place for Sunday mornings in lieu of El Camino Shopping Plaza? I made an appearance, unfortuntely, attendance was only 10-15% of the usual numbers that used to be at El Camino Shopping Plaza before the fascist security guards started kicking us out. Too bad it's not closer to the canyon roads. However we need to have somewhere, it would be a shame if no new place is established. Word of mouth needs to get out onto the forums and increase the attendance wherever it is.

Has anyone considered the Albertsons at Malibu Canyon and the 101? It is nicely located by all the nice driving canyon roads and there is a Starbucks to boot??

the new location is great just right close to the 101 freeway and also not to far away from Topanga Cny for those looking for a Cruz on Mulholland.

just take a look on the google maps

its a bit to far out for a lot of people and the Sheriff station is just down the street from that location.

do join us for some coffee next sunday for those who have time to slip out after thanksgivving and just as a heads up CHP will start max enforcement this week so they will be extra patrols in the Santa Monica Mtn area.

Was this the first Sunday at the new location? Is the last Sunday of each month planned to be the bigger gathering? I saw nothing about this on the Bimmerfest forum, is this being publicized to other forums to get the word out?

If the new location has been approved by the property management at the new location, I'm all in favor, it would be a shame if no new location is found or doesn't get a following.

By the way someone with contacts with the lamborghini guys should get them on board, fan or not, they always attract interest.

Sorry I missed the link on fchat

Seems to provide some background, obviously there is some dissent on the matter, but it sounds a permanent location is forthcoming. This should be publicised at motor4toys.

we are good for now knock on wood . A LOT OF people from the west side like the idea and its closer as well as close to the freeway's as well some of the greatest roads in southern California.

btw who ever was in the red 86/87 Mitsubishi Starion doing the burn out today - don't bother showing up again. we got kicked out of the last place for that sort of crap. keep it on the track Im sure you're a great driver but we don't need to see it in the parking lot.
