The weekend will feature eight race groups of authentic and historically-significant Porsches that once competed at the highest levels of international motorsports.

Entries from across the U.S., will be supplemented with cars from Germany and throughout Europe as Rennsport has become a Porsche enthusiast’s racing Mecca. Got my tix and hotel reservations for Rennsport a month ago (or the day they announced it). Holding off on the other two until I see what my schedule will be. But I'll make my schedule fit Rennsport.

I'll be at Rennsport this October as well.

Anybody thinking about going should book lodging as quickly as possible. It might be too late already. I'm sure hotel/motel pricing will go crazy very similar to Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion week in August.

See 'ya in the Corral!

My wife has decided to attend only one day (Saturday), so I'll be driving down each day rather than staying at the Best Western where I have a reservation. Don't know what the availability is like, but anyone need a room, let me know, and I'll let you know when I cancel.

I'll be at Rennsport on Sunday. Staying at the beach just north for a few days and heading to the event with my two kids.
