Hey Brandon,

I know the answer but is there any chance you guys will release a 18x8.5 et45 in the EC7RS in the future like the SM10?

Personally the 18x10.5 et44 works in rear since I use 285/35-18 MPS4S tires.

Looking for a set of light 18” wheels and I am afraid the 18x9 et46 will be too aggressive without lots of camber plus I only want to run 235/40 in front.

How much camber or inner fender work did you guys have to dial in on the 997 18x9 cars?

There are no plans to produce a 18x8.5"ET45 EC-7RS, but the 18x9"ET46 should work for you especially using a 235/40-18 front tire. The acceptable wheel width for that PS4S 235 front is 8-9.5" so there are no worries there when mounting to our 18x9" front wheel. The below 997.2 C4S is running our 18x9"ET46 front wheel with a 245/40-18 Nitto NT01 which is basically the worst case in terms of clearance with a 245. You can check the top mount of the strut under the plastic covers to the left and right of the battery cover. If yours are slotted, you will want to ensure they are in the innermost locations as this maximizes clearance.

@APEXRaceParts, do you know what Porsche OE center caps match with your anthracite finish? I have SM-10RS on GangUp.com for the groupbuy but want to get Porsche OE centercaps so I'm ready to install.

Actually the stock caps makes a nice contrast to the anthracite finish too IMHO.

Two of our customers have posted their results with matching Anthracite with factory center caps, I would highly suggest looking at the posts they made.

this may be a long shot but does anyone have pics of any 18" wheels in motorsport gold on a cayman or 911? Bonus point if its an SM10RS. Trying to decide on color for new track wheel setup on a 981.

Nice!!

Now can we do 992 C2/C2S?

The 19x10 squared SM10’s from my track Mustang will not fit on the incoming 992 C2S

You guys have nailed the track-wheel setups for specific vehicle types. Kudos!

No 18" Porsche Motorsport gold photos quite yet, but we do have some Motorsport Gold 18" SM-10RS photos on Audi RS3 and TTRS. HERE is a link to our wheel gallery sorted for Motorsport Gold, this should give you a sense of how the wheel looks.

As I get more photography from either our team or customers I will be adding them to that Gallery as well as sharing some of them here in this thread.

Our 992 fitments will be available in our upcoming 20" Sprint Line Group Buy. We will be offering a 19/20" setup for steel brake and 20/20" setup for PCCB equipped cars (Due to the 408mm front brakes on the GTS it will need the 20" front wheel).

Check out the below Wheel Gallery post with our 992 Fitment!
