Engine did have that at expiration. Not sure if he replaced the sleeves or not. Looks like they might have been. His English is not great as he moved here from Italy recently.

IMS was installed by Ralph Lauren’s personal mechanic. He works on 918s, GT3 RS, Carrera GT, etc. Would hope he knew what he was doing, but who knows.

have no idea. It failed at low rpm pulling away from mailbox going 5mph. Made noise like something was dragging on the ground. Then loud bang and it quit running.

Just got the news and it was a timing chain failure. No compression on one bank. Getting a full rebuild. Car will be better than new once finished. I’m excited!
