The rebuild quote I just got on the 964 was $9-12k. Plus getting a rebuild is time and hassle, so I figure that impacts the value a lot too. I'm thinking $10-15k?

Dropped car at shop. Turned key to unlock the wheel. Notice that oil level shows maximum (it was half full before) and coolant level light comes on. Code shows a misfire.

2002 C4 Cab. Pulling out, gear popped out of 2nd (normal), car shudders, engine starts rattling, white smoke from right exhaust....

Hmmm...well they haven't touched the cluster, only replaced the fuel pump. Hopefully it can be resolved.

It can't be re calibrated electronically or anything?

Picked up cayenne from shop today, after a new primary fuel pump was installed. In addition to the gauge reading half full on a full tank, I can also hear the sound of fuel sloshing around. Any ideas...

Thanks endless, really appreciate the advice. Car should be going in this week. Wife is driving it gingerly to work. All flat roads, under 60mph, and I expect not over 3000 revs!! Lol!
