It looks like the hose connection to the washer jet at the top of the rear window has somehow gotten disconnected. So when you activate the spray, all the fluid ends up inside that spoiler and leaks...

My vote is for AC condensation or the drain for gas overflow hole in the filler compartment. Easy enough test for the gas filler, just pour some water into the edge of it (not in the tank! LOL)
