O2 sensors are not adjustable. It is either good or bad. Replacement is the only option if it is bad.
Fuel additives do nothing to help smog...

The contact pressures are greater with hypoid gears, so GL-5 has a better extreme pressure rating than GL-4. Given the severe wear that occurs within the gearbox, I'll use GL-5 every time.

Check your wheels again. 14" wheels were last used a decade before your car was made. I think you will find the wheels on the car are 16", and the original wheels that came with it are 15".
