Need a heat shield.

I was hoping someone could help me with finding a heat shield. I need the one that goes around the starter motor. The shield is located between the starter and the wastegate. Does anyone have one...

PICTURE!

Here is a pic of the front nose panel. No dents, very good condition. Just needs matching paint. I wanted to use it but it doesn't fit the curve of the nose on a turbo. How much is it worth?

The panel is complete with 2 extra plastic grill pieces. The header panel is in grey primer. How much is it worth? I will ship to lower 48 for free. Anyone?
