In the process of removing the intake, I snapped the Venturi Tube (the one that clips into the back of the intake). The Venturi Tube is also referred to as the Crankcase Breather Hose.

I used to get the FWD Faulty and PSM warnings when my battery was dying (dead cell, would not hold proper charge). New battery solved the issue.

I pulled the intake tonight (not as bad as I thought - although I did break that air intake hose that is at the back of the intake - grrrrrr). JB welded it back together for now....
