With most cars the wires for additional options are all there -- Know with Porsche they can somehow build each vehicle specific. Even the Japanese don't go that route. Figured at some point someone...

Anybody know if the system in a 06S will take a set of HIDs if originally equipped with the base halogens? Owned an 06 that I bought new -- it was totaled in a fire ... but I have the full HID...

Just so you know -- if you check the origin that OE glass replacement coming from the dealer ....... may not be coming from Germany. That's why I went with USA aftermarket -- it was the same glass.

I was surprised to see the value (low) placed on my 06 S -- basically at 28.5. That amount was including sales tax. The car was perfect -- 55k. I don't think I could get one as nice for that price...

It is the design of the hole in the pad material -- IMO it is too far in from the edge. All that happens is the probe grounds out on the rotor.
