As far as I know 1966 through 1977 would as you mentioned be anodized pedals , later years 1978 on black semi gloss or matte finish pedals …unless of course it were a racing model such as the 1973...

I have assembled the parts to do the same on a ‘91 turbo ,don't for see any real difficulty yes the ABS ring has to be swapped the 964 has a few less teeth .
I understand Cobalt has completed this...
