Can you add innodrive after the fact?

Can't confirm but it looks like it needs Adaptive Cruise Control but was wondering if it has none of the asisstance options can you enable them via Porsche Connect. Found a really nice GTS but alas...

I had these in '22 GT3 and only put 1000 miles on it.  They are as new.  Paid 600.  They are standard bucket seat threading of GT silver.  They fit all modern Porsche lightweight bucket seats....
