This is what I needed to know, thanks. Going to look into exhaust issues. AFRs look pretty good, car has one of your VMAF systems & piggyback. Using MBC for boost control.

Pretty sure it's something like a cracked header unless someone chimes in...

Around what RPM should a Vitesse Stage 2 turbo be hitting full boost (16 psi)?

Car is 2.5L w/ 3" exhaust, MAF kit, new vac lines, Tial WG, etc etc.

I'm not getting full boost till ~3600 RPM -...

If RPM is incorrect on the chart then the HP calculations would probably be off as well?

FWIW, I recall doing a few 20 PSI E85 pulls with that turbo and didn't see any boost taper up to redline.

IIRC, there was an "8" stamped on the hotside housing... I remember measuring everything, checking part numbers, and etc. to make sure the product I bought was as advertised.

Spun main bearings right? I think I talked to the current owner on Saturday at the 928 meet.

Personally I'd do a 2.5" test pipe instead of a pricey 3", and spend the money on a M-tune.

The kriket cannot be used for the balance belt. You can get the timing belt in the ball park by trial and error. If it's too tight you'll hear a whine with the engine running and if it's too loose...

OEM is a crush ring which won't work with aftermarket pieces. LR sells a copper piece, or you can just go to an auto part store and buy generic exhaust gasket material and cut it to fit.
